My Lexmark Z615 printer doesn't work. The paper runs through it but nothing comes out on the paper.
This is normal with any inkjet printer. (It's just like a car that's run out of gas. That doesn't mean that there's anything with the car.) Just buy some new or remanufactured ink cartridges. The other thing you could do is clean them with rubbing alcohol but that most likely won't work.
