My Lexmark x5270 printer will not print in color although both cartridges are full. How do I fix this?
Go to Start - Settings - Printers and Faxes. Right click on the printer in question and go to properties and printing preferences on the General tab. On the Paper/Quality tab, make sure that the color button is checked.
