My Lexmark z35 black refilled ink is not working?
If unused, a lexmark 17 will dry and seal itself shut in about 30 days. Likewise if you try to print with an empty cartridge the print head will heat, warp and fuse itself shut. Most likely you have a dry cartridge or damaged cartridge. Noting will get it working again.
