My Samsung clp-510 printer color fades when printing? I have cleaned it and that changed nothing also I have all new toner. I was wondering if I need to replace the drum?
That is generally an issue with the drum unit or the image transfer belt, without physically seeing the page, or knowing what your page count is it is hard to determine which one. Call samsung, they actually have fairly decent customer support.
