My black cartridge did not print properly. It also felt as if it was not full. There might be various reasons why your newly installed cartridge is not working. Please check to see if the chip is fully in place in the printer. Also check if there is a clogged printer head or a dirty printer nozzle. If that does not work, try printing out a test page after reinstalling the printer software.
