My bubblejet printer has 6 ink tanks, and one of the photo tanks wont print. Iv'e tried the maintenance programme cleaning and deep cleaning several times but when I do the nozzle check it's still not printing. Can anyone help?
my first thought would be to check if it is empty. if it is full, you might also make sure the tape seal was removed and that nothing is blocking the ink port (just in case). if all of that is dealt with,, you might remove all the tanks and also remove the printhead carriage (the big thing the tanks sit in), and check under it for anything that shouldn't be there.
