My printer does not detect my OEM cartridges, I would like to return it. Is this possible? Unfortunately, the return policy for OEM cartridges states that you cannot return a defective cartridge if the box has been opened. So we cannot accept any opened OEM cartridges.
"Thank you, for inquiring. The order was received in good condition. We have not had an opportunity to try the cartridge yet as the one currently in the printer has not run out of ink yet. I was a little concerned that the label did not indicate the HP 825C printer as one of those that could use this cartridge. It does say it replaces the HP15 which is what we use. I did not take it out of the plastic wrap to compare to the old cartridge as I thought it would be best to be sealed until we are ready to use it.
This was our first opportunity to order from you, and we have been impressed with your service and follow up. Unfortunately, good service has become more rare than it should be.
