My printer is an Epson Stylus C64. The black, blue and pink ink cartridges are full, just the yellow is out. I just want to print in black and white. Is that possible?

My printer is an Epson Stylus C64. The black, blue and pink ink cartridges are full, just the yellow is out. I just want to print in black and white. Is that possible?
That will not happen with an Epson. Refill cartridge and reset the chip instead.
