My printer is an Epson Stylus CX5400. The printer cartridges are brand new, too, and the color always comes out wrong. The black ink is fine, but the other colors are wrong. For example, grey comes out green. What can I do to fix it?

Double check that the ink cartridges are in the correct places. You may also want to check out the troubleshooting guide that should have come with your printer.
