My printer is an Epson Stylus RX425 All-in-One. I have installed new cartridges. The printer does suck in the paper but the paper comes out blank. Can anyone please help me solve this problem?
Make sure you have taken all the packaging off. sometimes they put a sort of tape over the cartridge (where the ink comes out). Take the cartridge out and dab it on some paper.
