My printer is an old Epson Stylus C40UX. Both black and color ink cartridges are FULL. I noticed that when I try to print red, it prints out yellow. What's the deal?
You probably just need to clean the print heads. To do this: Click on Start, then 'printers and faxes' Right Click your printer. There should be some tabs at the top. One says 'general', click it, then click 'print test page' at the bottom. After it prints, it asks you a series of questions, and tells you how to clean the printheads. Good luck! Epson's are really good printers.
