Printer Pixma iP4200 does not work! It keeps on saying 'USB Device Not Recognized' . What do I do?
1. What are you trying to print off of? A computer or USB thumb/flash drive? 2. Has it always done this? 3. Have you tried removing (through Add/Remove Programs) the printer drivers and re-installing off of the CD that came with the printer? 4. If you are trying to print from the PC did you try another USB port? The more information you can give (through Additional Details or emailing us) the better we can help you.
