Right now, I have a terrible Dell 720 Inkjet, that I desperately need to make work with my MacBook Pro, but so far I have not been able to download a compatible driver. How can I make this work?
Just a guess, but I would say that it is incompatible. As all Dells run Windows, I doubt very much that they produce drivers for Mac units. Printers are so cheap these days, and if you say it's terrible, it may be better to get a new one.
