Spent hundreds on new windows vista computer and can't get it to print off a Lexmark 645. My printer is not recognized.
Vista is known to have problems with different brands of printers. You might want to go to Lexmark's website and try to find a Vista driver for your printer, download and install it. That should solve the problem. Or you can call Microsoft helpdesk. Your computer manufacturer company and they would be able to tell you what you need to do to fix that problem.
