The Alarm or Power light flashes orange 5 times consecutively in my Canon Pixma printer. What does this mean?
When the alarm or power light flashes for 5 times, your printer may have a busted printhead. You can reseat the printhead, confirm if it is installed or locked properly, or you may need to replace the printhead. You can also reset the printer to clear the printer buffer. Ask Canon support if you need further repair for your printer.

Testimonials

"Thank you, for inquiring. The order was received in good condition. We have not had an opportunity to try the cartridge yet as the one currently in the printer has not run out of ink yet. I was a little concerned that the label did not indicate the HP 825C printer as one of those that could use this cartridge. It does say it replaces the HP15 which is what we use. I did not take it out of the plastic wrap to compare to the old cartridge as I thought it would be best to be sealed until we are ready to use it. This was our first opportunity to order from you, and we have been impressed with your service and follow up. Unfortunately, good service has become more rare than it should be. " (Carol M.)
