The HP 1220 is not printing Cyan or Yellow. What can I do? Perhaps your cartridge's shelf life has expired and it lost some of its color. OEM cartridges has a two year warrant and you can apply for them at http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?lc=en&cc=us&docname=bua02014. Make sure to open and store them in a cool dry place to avoid this hassle.
