The cartridge was not recognized by the Printer even though the color cartridge is working correctly.
Sometimes, printers can have a number of errors that is easily fixed. One of them is the printer not recognizing the new cartridge. You can reset your printer by restarting your computer and your printer. You may also need to reinstall the drivers or install a new updated driver. If that does not work, there might be a problem in the printer head or the printer nozzle. You can also try to clean your printer head with the cleaning tool found in your program software. If that does not work perhaps there is a botched cartridge chip.
