What are MICR Toners?
MICR or Magnetic Ink Character Recognition is a special ink that contains the right amount of Iron Oxide within the toner allowing reading machines like the scanners to read documents printed with this special kind of ink. Banks sometimes require MICR printed checks so that their scanner can easily read them.
