What are your return options?
Our return options are: (1) Straight return: in which a 15% restocking fees is involved.(2) Exchange: in which the restocking fees are waived but can be time consuming since we have to wait until the kits arrive before sending out more products. (If exchanging, please let me know your printer model & exactly what you want sent out in exchange) (3) Return with a new order placed. This is the most beneficial if you have an immediate need & can't wait for the exchange. The new order waives any restocking fees when the kits arrive here. (If placing a new order, you may do so on line or I would be happy to place the order for you. If you want me to place the order, please let me know your printer model & exactly what you would like) and (4) Return for store credit in which the restocking fee is waived (this is good for 6 months after issued and it is a 1-time use credit, so it must be completely used up at one time).
