What do I do if the nozzle check pattern is not working as it should?
The nozzle check pattern is a troubleshooting tool. If the pattern is printed incorrectly, clean your printer head by applying the printer head cleaning tool. If any lines or colors are missing from the nozzle check pattern perform up to two deep print head cleanings. Then, print the nozzle check pattern again. If the nozzle check pattern is still incorrect, then tech support is required to amend the issue.
