What happens if I have sent a returned item with no RMA number but you were able to verify it as a valid returned item? In the event that we are able to verify your returned item without an RMA number, the order will still be subject to a restocking fee (which is roughly 15% of the value of your order). Also if we found an item without an RMA number, we cannot shoulder the shipping fee and it won't be refunded to you.
