What is the reason for the high defect rate of color inks? Since the color cartridges are more sensitive than the black ones, they cannot take our final shipping to the customer very well. The shake and the air pressure changes in the air shipments (we ship FedEx Ground, but FedEx uses airplanes even in their ground shipments) leads to high rate of defects even if we test each cartridge before shipment.
