What should I do if my print quality is poor after refilling?
Just follow these 4 simple steps: Step 1: Using a soft tissue or cotton swab clean any ink from the nozzles. Step 2: Reinstall the cartridge, run the print-head cleaning mechanism (described in your printer's manual) and attempt to print again. Step 3: Poor print quality may also be a sign of overfilling your inkjet cartridge. If this is the case, use the syringe to take out the extra ink and attempt to print again. Step 4: If it still does not print properly, you might have some air left in your cartridge. Using the syringe, take the air from your cartridge, run the print-head cleaning mechanism (described in your printer's manual) and attempt to print again.
