What should I do if the printer does not print after refilling the cartridge?
Step 1: Run the print-head cleaning mechanism (described in your inkjet printer's manual) and attempt to print a few pages. Step 2: If this procedure does not work, using the syringe supplied in your refill kit, inject air into the top air vent to clean the nozzles. A small amount of ink should be emitted from the nozzles upon injection. (The nozzle is the porous metal piece at the bottom of the cartridge) Step 3: If this procedure does not work your print-head nozzles are probably blocked with dried ink. At this point use the syringe to take out as much ink as possible from your cartridge and read on to the next section.
