What should I do if there are white streaks in my printouts?
Streaks generally indicate that there are small particles of dried ink sitting just inside the nozzles obstructing the normal flow of ink. Step 1: Place the cartridge nozzles on a soft tissue with rubbing alcohol, allowing some ink to leak out. Step 2: Allow the nozzles to sit for a few minutes before gently wiping it with a soft tissue or cotton swab. Step 3: Reinstall the cartridge, run the print-head cleaning mechanism (described in your printer's manual) and attempt to print again.
