When I print out a picture, my printer prints green instead of black ink and it isn't smooth, it's bars. I have run the clean cartridge thing and it is a new cartridge. I have a Dell725. Is there a way to fix this?

Try printing the test page and check for the colors . If the colors are fine then it means that the printer is working fine. If not, contact the printer manufacturer and replace the printer. If it is, then try installing a post script driver for you printer and that should take care of it
