Which drivers do I download for Epson Stylus CX3810? When I'm done downloading, is there something I have to do with it to make my printer/scanner work?
You need the TWAIN Driver & Scan Utility v2.70A plus the printer driver v 5.5A. Before installing, remove the USB cable from the Epson.Begin installing and re-connect the USB only when the program asks you -- not before. Let it finish installation. Reboot and Windows will find the new hardware. Open the scanning software that you have just installed. Go to START menu and open the program. Go to the FILE menu and select SCAN. If you use Photoshop, you need to go in the FILE menu but first, select TWAIN Driver and then SCAN. In either case, the software will power on the scan light and you are ready to scan.
