Why Is my Samsung printer louder than the one in the store?
The stores provide a different acoustical environment, and there are a lot of distractions; noises, people, and other machines. However, if the printer makes unusually loud grinding noise, please contact your vendor to exchange it with new one. Color laser may make louder noise than the smaller units.
