Why can't my laptop recognize my printer? My printer is Pixma MP160 and my OS is Vista Home Premium.
Remove the software by going into the Add/Remove software in your control panel. Then, reinstall the software fully. Make sure your printer is plugged in and Reset your computer. Let the device manager re-recognize the drivers and devices.
