Why doesn't my computer recognize my HP c3135 all-in-one printer/scanner? I'm using Windows XP. Is it a software problem?
It is most probably a driver problem. Install the necessary software by running the installation CD included in the printer package or by downloading it through the printer manufacturer's website.
