Why doesn't the ink cartridge fit into the printer? The ink cartridge may have a plastic clip attached to it to protect the ink cartridge while it was being shipped. Verify that this clip has been removed before attempting to insert the ink cartridge into the printer. If the ink cartridge still does not fit, check to be sure that you have the correct ink cartridge for your printer.
