Why won't the magenta ink work on my Epson Stylus DX3850 even though I've changed the ink cartridge? I've tried using the 'clean heads' function but there is no print from the Magenta at all.
Run the Head Cleaning utility to clear any clogged ink nozzles. To run the Head Cleaning Utility, follow the instructions below. For Windows users: 1) Make sure that your printer is ON and the error light is off. 2) Access the printer software. 3) Click the Utility tab, then click the Head Cleaning button. 4) Follow the on-screen instructions 5) When the power light stops flashing, click Print nozzle check pattern in the Head Cleaning dialog box to confirm that the head is clean and to reset the cleaning cycle.
