Would be there any problems if my full cartridge is removed from my Epson printer and reinserted again?
There should be no problem. You can remove and replace the same cartridge and it doesn't matter how much ink is in the cartridge. Make sure that the security tape is off the cartridge and then run the head cleaning utility.
