Should this function be switched off, then it is not possible to spool print jobs at all. You can check whether this service is running through the services part inside of the control panel. You should implement the following steps to restart spooling printer jobs…1. Start followed by programs followed by administrative tools, then select computer management. 2. Right click on computer management and choose connect to another computer from the available menu. 3. You will see a plus sign, this allows you to select available tools within that directory. You should click on the services and applications button and then click on services.4. Click on the printer spool service. The option should read “started”. If it is not functional then click on the printer spool option and then under start-up types change to the automatic option….It is also the case that spoolers can possibly get corrupted for a variety of reasons. This can be a result of your printer freezing or because the spooler is not sending jobs to the printer.
