To print offline, select the Start menu and scroll to the Printers and Faxes option.  Alternatively, the Printers and Faxes menu can be accessed through the control panel as required.  Locate the icon for HP 3520 printer.  If the icon is not present, you may have to install it through the 'Add Printers' wizards available from the same screen.  If the icon is present, right click on the icon to bring the drop down options.  From here, scroll to 'Use This Printer Offline' and select.  You should notice a change in the coloration of the icon if successful.
