Firstly, remove the Lexamark printer cartridge from within the printer to enable greater access for refill. Penetrate the vent hole at the top of the cartridge with a pointed implement to allow entry for the ink.  Insert the ink syringe into the vent hole and slowly pour in the ink, ensuring you do not squeeze the bottle.  Fill to capacity and then remove the syringe.  Wipe down the exterior of the cartridge for any spillages, and run a dry cloth lightly over the printer head.  Run the printer head cleaning cycle through your computer, and resume printing.
