Firstly, make sure the printer is installed and activated for the machine from which you require the print out.  Next, ensure there is sufficient ink remaining within the ink cartridges, and in sufficient balance to avoid distorting certain elements of the visual, and that the printer heads are clean (there is an inbuilt cleaning process which can be initiated to aid this concern).  Insert paper, and select print on the software programme from which you are printing your color document, taking care to allow at least five minutes after printing for any excess ink to dry, and for the colors to reach the full vivacity.
