To use the printer, ensure it is turned on and connected to your computer.  You must also ensure it is installed on the relevant computer or network, for which you will require the printer driver.  To install a printer, click on Printers and Faxes on the Start menu and scroll to 'Add Printer'.  Follow the on-screen instructions to install, using the installation disc.  After the printer is installed and activated, and provided it has sufficient ink, printing should simply be a case of loading sufficient paper and pressing the print command (sometimes shortcut by Ctrl + P) to order your print.
