i have an HP Photosmart printer, and I haven't used it in 3 weeks. I just tried to print something this afternoon and the ink was all messed up so I just refilled it before but i decided to fill it up again. When I put it back in, ithe ink still remains messed up. The pictures come out all green with a scaly look What can I do to fix it? I've tried tons and tons of test pages and cleaning the cartridge and aligning and it's still doing it.
If you overfilled it, place it on a folded paper towel for a while to let the ink soak out. You will need to move it to a dry spot every 10-15 min until your colours start to clear up. Once the ink stops pouring out the bottom and your colors look normal again, then try another test print.
