- I just bought the Lexmark E120 today. Salesman didn't tell me the USB cord needed to be bought separately, so I've used the cord from my LaCie HDD to connect it to my PC. - Ok, I admittedly I brought my Lexmark Z615 printer second hand with half filled ink cartridges and after setting it up the thing wont print. The only thing that seems to get ink on paper is when I clean the print nozzles, I get three coloured lines, repeated. The black ink cartridge has been refilled and feels quite heavy, the colour one is fairly light. I have tried taking the cartridges out and cleaning the nozzles by hand, I am also soaking them in kitchen towels soaked in lab alcohol in case they are clogged. This has at least improved the print I get when I clean the nozzles. Do just need to get new ink cartridges, or is there another problem?

- I own a Lexmark P6250 3-in-1 printer and it has always been a reliable machine, but a few weeks ago I changed the photo cartiridge and printed several photo sheets successfully, towards the end it was giving the photos a pink hue. So I went through all the basic troubleshooting where you clean the heads and align the cartiridges and then it started printing fairly normal except that there was a green outline around the brightess parts of the photo mostly faces and teeth, a very unattractive effect. I still had over half the ink left in the photo cartiridge and could not understand why it was doing that The machine is about 2 years old, but prints text just fine. Anyone have a similar problem with their machine?
- My printer is a Lexmark X1180. The ink cartridges are both roughly half full. I've been having this problem for a while. Blank and white prints perfectly, but whenever I try to print something in color, it either doesn't come out at all, or comes out in different shades of blue. I've already cleaned the cartriges. I've opened the help centre & ran the special feature to clean the cartridges. Nothing seems to work.Can anyone help me?
- I have a Lexmark All-in-One and I just replaced the ink. I am getting skipped lines I have cleaned the head several times and also cleaned off the rollers. The color ink is fine save for the black. My test page also has skipped horizontal lines. What else should I do to get it working?

- I've been looking into getting a different printer. I currently have a EPSON Stylus CX4600 and the ink costs about 60 dollars to get new ink. Also, if you leave this printer on for more than a day and you don't use it, the ink gets clogged up and you have to waste a lot to clean it. I went to Walmart.com and they have the Lexmark on sale for 40 dollars and they also have a 50 dollar mail in rebate. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about the Lexmark printer Also, does it come with ink cartridges in it If it comes with ink, I think I will get the printer because it would cost close to 59 dollars and new ink for the EPSON is 60 dollars. - My printer says that my cartridges are completely empty, but I have just refilled them. It is a Lexmark X3550. I popped the lid, cleaned the outside of the cartridges and put them back in. An alignment page was printed only to show an alignment error afterwords as well as still seeing the cartridges as empty. The alignment page printed the same as it always does. Said to remove the tape from my ink. I have refilled Lexmark printers before although not this particular model. The cartridges are in right and no settings have been changed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I just get an error message that the cartridge is empty and can't print.?

- I have a Lexmark z611 that's printing very streaky documents. I thought maybe the ink cartiridge needed to be replaced, even though the ink level monitor still said I had about 1/4 of the ink left. A new ink cartridge didn't solve the problem, so I tried to clean the print heads using the 'clean' function. The test page came back with some lines perfectly clear and solid, others exceptionally streaky. I've cleaned 5-6 times in the past 2 days, and the problem is not improving. ?
